Basics

A slower-paced class that teaches the basics of yoga. This class is great for all levels.

Friday mornings at 7:30 AM

Gentle Flow

A slower-paced class, allowing students to move through a gentle sequence and connect with their breath.

Tuesday evenings at 6:00 PM

Gentle Flow + Meditation

A slower-paced class that incorporates guided meditation. Practiced in our salt room.

Friday afternoons at 4:00 PM

Mindful Meditations

A class focused on meditation and its benefits, with a focus on breath work and mindfulness.

In Home Rehab and Wellness has been providing physical and occupational therapy for over 11 years. We are now expanding our business to include wellness services, since we strongly believe that a healthy body starts with a focus on proactively taking care of our minds and bodies.

We offer a variety of services that will improve your health and well being, which include halo-therapy with our salt room as well as our infrared sauna, massage therapy, nutrition counseling and reiki.

Please note that all services except yoga are located on the second floor of the building. No handicap access is available.

The salt room was new to me, I found it to be very relaxing and it helped with my asthma. They also sell some fabulous products, I got some facial cleaner, which makes my skin feel amazing, and some candles that smell insanely delicious. I’ll definitely be going back to try the infrared Sauna and massages next!

  • This is the best kept secret in Haverhill, MA. I had the Reiki done by Nicole and was amazed how relaxed I was after and the heat that came from her hands to myself. I was skeptical at first but as the day wore on I realized how much more alive and energized I was. My husband actually fell asleep during the session. If you have never had it done I would not hesitate to say try it. Nicole explained what she was doing every step of the way and her touch soothed the tension in my head, neck and shoulders. My husband and I both had Massages done by Kelly. We both agreed that this was the best massage we have ever had. She is amazing. Getting into those areas that need to be worked on but with a gentle yet firm hand. We both walked away feeling so relaxed. We cannot say enough good things about her and the massages. This will definitely not be our last time there. We are now looking at packages so we can attend on a regular basis. By all means try it you will definitely be so pleased and satisfied with your treatment.
