Reservations

In order to get your desired appointment times, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

To schedule an appointment, payment will be required at the time of booking your services. See cancellation policy below.

Some of our services including aromatherapy. Please notify our wellness center of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas when you schedule your appointment. We can avoid scents or change them based on your needs.

Cancellations/ Rescheduling

Your wellness treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Appointments are non-refundable. A 48-hour reschedule notice is required if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you are in need of rescheduling an existing appointment, please give us 48 hours notice and we will allow you to reschedule appointment (one time only).

We encourage you to contact us directly by phone to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please do not send an email or Facebook message for cancellations.

Late Policy

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to cancel your appointment and you will be charged for the service. We will try our best to accommodate you if possible, but treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment of the full service. Please remember that other clients may have appointments booked in the time frame following yours, and we need to stay on schedule.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, especially for first time customers. This will allow you time to fill out any forms that will enable us to tailor our services to our needs prior to the start of your service. This will also allow time for changing, if necessary.

Inclement Weather

Being located in New England, there may be times during the winter months that Haverhill, MA will be under a winter weather advisory. If this happens and you feel unsafe to drive to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no charge.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not required, however, tipping your wellness provider is greatly appreciated. You can prepay gratuities at time of scheduling, or you can tip at the time of your appointment. We do accept cash or credit cards for gratuities at your appointment.
