Kacy, Yoga Instructor

Kacy is a traveling yoga instructor throughout Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire and occasionally may be found guest teaching abroad including countries such as India, Sri Lanka, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Spain, Italy and Dominican Republic. She hosts local and international yoga retreats focusing on soul balance and personal transformation. Her endearment for the sea, salt air and wave play is the basis of all retreats offered.. The healing benefits are indescribable and recalibrate us into our natural element.

Quantum physics and brain function severely piqued her interest during graduate studies so these aspects heavily influence her yoga teachings. Kacy taught abroad in India and Sri Lanka for many months after leaving a corporate position and this changed everything. She was reacquainted to Yoga’s Eastern roots and brings this into her classes.

Kacy is dedicated to guiding and supporting practitioners of all levels into the depths of their practice by emphasizing personal empowerment and encouraging the strength to embrace emotional processing . She has an immense passion for traveling the world, creating awareness for environmental sustainability, finding lightness in everyday life and an equally large love for animals of all kinds.

Wyatt, Yoga and Meditation Instructor

I started my yoga journey back in 2017. I was completely new to yoga and didn’t know what to expect. I felt so good after class, that I had come back the following week, and the next week, and the week after that. It wasn’t long for me to be hooked on learning more about yoga. I fell in love with the practice and the community of people. In 2019, I got my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification.

I started doing yoga for fitness reasons, through yoga expanded my practice and found great benefits in mindful meditation. To take a few minutes out of each day to slow down, breathe and connect with myself. Meditation has allowed me time to relax and expand my awareness throughout each day.

My meditation practice has definitely influenced me as a yoga teacher. I offer a more mindful, slower style of yoga. I believe yoga can help everyone both on and off the mat. I am dedicated to creating an environment for all levels where everyone can feel safe, comfortable and find joy in each moment for themselves.

I love being able to share this practice that has helped me so much with others by teaching both yoga and meditation. I love to help others on their journey with these practices as they forge their own path.
